Data Collection and Use

The Application does not require users to create accounts or provide any personally identifiable information to function.

All financial data entered into the Application is stored locally on your device only, using standard iOS secure storage. No personal data is uploaded, synced, or shared with the Service Provider or any external servers.

If you delete the Application, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

iCloud Backup

Payback offers an optional iCloud backup feature. This is entirely user-controlled and disabled by default. If enabled, your debt data is synced via your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to the Service Provider.

Children's Privacy

The Application is suitable for general audiences and may be used by children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Application does not include user accounts, social features, or data submission mechanisms that would allow the collection of personal information from children.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard information processed by the Application using appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural protections. Because all user data remains on the device, data exposure risks are minimized.

Third Parties

The Application does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any external parties.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Data Collection and Use

All data created within the Application — including journal entries, custom strategies, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. No personal data is uploaded to or stored by the Service Provider.

Exchange API Keys

If you choose to connect an exchange, your API key and secret are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. They are never transmitted to the Service Provider or any third-party server other than the exchange you have chosen to connect.

API keys are used solely to fetch your account balance, instrument data, and live prices from your chosen exchange. The Application does not place trades on your behalf.

iCloud Backup

Nemesis offers an optional iCloud backup for your strategies and settings. This is entirely user-controlled and disabled by default. If enabled, data is synced via your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to the Service Provider. API keys are stored separately in the iOS Keychain and can optionally be migrated to iCloud Keychain for cross-device access.

Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users who are of legal age to trade financial instruments in their jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard information processed by the Application. Exchange API keys are stored using the iOS Keychain, which provides hardware-backed encryption on supported devices. All other user data remains on-device.

Third Parties

• Exchange APIs(Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, Blofin, KuCoin, MEXC, BingX, Gate.io, Kraken) — When you connect an exchange, the Application communicates directly with that exchange's API using your credentials. These communications are governed by the respective exchange's privacy policy and terms of service.
